We have lived in our home for over 50 years, having had many plumbers over the years. I received a Flyer from Dave At Plumbing done Right. I needed a plumber to come out because my drain was baking up. Remembering that Flyer, I called Dave and he came out right at the time he said he would be here and explained the problem and fixed it. Was very professional and nice. Then time went by and I had him over several times for small problems. Then the big one came up where my old underground pipes had to be replaced. I need the whole house done, he explained if I really wanted to wait on the side of the house that the bathrooms were I could, but it was only time. I had him do what had to be done and told him I would with the bath side. He did a absolutely great job and in the time promised, with no problems after the job was completed.
As time passed our shower door fell off. So we call one on those contaters off of google and when they came out to make a sale. I explained to them that we had really bad plumbing. They came back with that's no problem, they have their own plumber. They replaced everything in the bathroom except the toilet that is 58 years old. I had to have them come back out several times to fix things, the shower door 3 times and it still will not shut. A few months passed and our toilets started backing up. I called Dave he came out and fixed them explaining if they keep doing it we will need to replace the underground pipes. And that we were in need of new toilets. We had Dave replace the toilet's and underground pipes. As Dave was working in the bathroom that the contractors had did, he came in to a plumbing problem in the shower and had to run to the store to by a new part to put in the new shower and re install it. I payed for the part but he did not charge me for the labor so I did not have to deal with the contractors again. Dave put in a new bathtub and vanity, floor, and painted. It is Just Beautiful, He did such a great job I and My husband can not say enough for this man, he is honest, always there when he says he will be,does a great job, is the number one plumber in ventura county.

I highly recommend plumbing done right! David was professional, He explained everything, He kept me informed every step of the way, His worker was very kind and knowledgeable. He is fair priced. They cleaned up along way. They took a very difficult situation for me and made it seem so easy for them! I was so impressed and so grateful for their help installing my hot water heater. Money well spent! I think they deserve 10 stars they did a great job and now I have hot water again I’m so grateful. I Definitely recommend them!

Had a slow draining toilet and was recommended to Plumbing Done Right from a friend. I called them and they were quick to show up. I was explained by David the reason for the issue and got a new toilet installed. It was done fast and efficiently. He also took and disposed of the toilet. I would definitely recommend.

My brother referred me to Plumbing Done Right. My kitchen sink was not draining properly so I called David G. and he gave me a phone consult, and he was available to respond within 30 minutes or so. He was very transparent about what he was doing, why he was doing it and what caused the issue. He was very thorough and best of all fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. So far my kitchen sink is working just great and I would highly recommend David’s services to everyone I know.
